Return & Refund Policy

We offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:
• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Tags must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear or products marked as non-returnable.
• Products damaged due to misuse.

Refund Process:

• Once the returned product passes quality check, refund will be initiated.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
